Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All NORDPAW cooling mats ship from our fulfillment warehouse located in the United States. We do not ship your order from overseas.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping cost

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, contact us at support@nordpaw.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us within 14 days. We will send a replacement or issue a refund after a quick review with the carrier.
