NORDPAW is operated by Best Assistance Group LTD ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit nordpaw.com or place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, collected at checkout.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your order, including sending order and shipping confirmations.
- To deliver the digital bonuses included with your purchase.
- To send you helpful follow-up emails about summer care for your dog and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including sharing hashed order events with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Conversions API.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our US fulfillment warehouse (shipping), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Meta and Google (advertising measurement). We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies for essential site functions and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the checkout will still work.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nordpaw.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or upon request.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
